I'm about to get a new notebook with my tax returns (hopefully) and I'm thinking about taking a chance and finally fucking with that Mac.
Never really used a Mac before, accept for a couple times in school.
Not really unhappy with my current laptop but it hasn't been the same since I got that virus last year looking for naked Erin Andrews photos.
All I basically use my computer for right now is graphic design, web development, video editing and listening to music. But since I got that virus my sound card is starting to act up.
So, what are the pro & cons of buying a Mac laptop vs. a PC laptop?

The big pros of Macs are longevity and efficiency... Macs are just much easier to use and multi-tasking works better. But if all you need your laptop for is listening to music and graphic design itll prolly be cheaper to just get a pc...

I agree with Stacks. I have a Macbook Pro, and I'm in love with it. If I can help it, I'll never buy another PC. No viruses, more user friendly. When it comes to web development, I don't know which would be better, but I've used the Adobe Suite on Macs and PC's, and it just feels better using a Mac, and looks better with the 720p clarity (1400 x 1050 dpi). PCs do excel in gaming and affordability BUT Momdukes always told me "you get what you pay for.. "
